2022-2023 Logs

Postby Duck Engr » Mon Jun 27, 2022 11:22 am

With the 4th of July rapidly approaching, it's probably past time to set up our member log books for the 2022-2023 season. For those new to the site, some of us use the logbook forum to enter our hunts to share with others here. If you want a good example, I suggest going back through the years and reading Rick's logs. Wonderfully descriptive and allows us keyboard jockeys to live vicariously through him and others during the week.

If you'd like a log book created for this upcoming season, let me know below and i'll get one set up for you.

Logs are definitely fun to read and write. Also like to just scroll back through them on occasion.

Set me up. Hopefully I have a lot more interesting things to put in it this year than last. Except for the Texas crane trip, my waterfowl hunting was the most incredible bust. Nowhere to go but up

Rick and Spinnerman, please take your logs for a test drive to ensure I have all of the permissions right. Doing this once a year, i typically forget which boxes to check and uncheck. Once we're sure y'all's are good to go, I'll complete the others.

Anyone else who wants one just say so below. No real deadline as I know not everyone is on during the summer months.

Not sure if this is intentional or not, but wanted to point out that something seems different in the structure of the log forum compared to past years, just FYI:

Certainly not intentional but i don’t think it’ll hurt anything. No telling what box I left checked. Apologies to everyone for the extra mouse click required.

Yep turns out I had something selected that shouldn’t have been. I could change it, but it’d delete all posts in there, which isn’t many, but I’m not going to change it.

Should have everyone added that has requested so far. Please let me know if I missed anyone.
