I can’t find a tri tip around here, it must be called something else in southeast LA?

The Picana was something new I happened to notice in the meat section of a local store. I bought it on a whim, googled a few recipes, gave it a try, and found it to be pretty sporty. This was the 2nd time I've cooked it, and will surely do so again
