Coulda used a flashlight this morning before I left for work when I was trying to unlock the side door to the garage. I opted to use my common sense instead

Just the standard phone, wallet, knife, cope, and burts beeswax in the winter. Keys pretty much stay in the vehicle all the time. Gotta love having the little key less entry code pad on the door. Every now and then, the s&w gets grabbed and put in the vehicle.

Occasionally I'll draw stares. Especially in the summer, when I wear the bandoliers without a shirt.

Assa. Is that a lcp or an lc9? Regardless how do you feel about the long ass trigger pull bc it really sucks on my lc9. Lookin at a kit to shorten it.

I would be interested in that kit as well. I have an LC9 for my wife. The trigger pull is way too long.

Galloway precision makes a short trigger for the lc9. Probly the lcp too. Huntntech- My wife can't even pull the slide back on my lc9... (i just got it for Christmas and kinda unhappy with it. May sell it and get a glock.) Looking at revolvers and a shooting class for her. Sorry for hijacking the thread.

Yes, I have a Hellcat. It has an identical trigger pull, but I'm not interested in shooting any further than about 10 feet with that gun, anyway. And at 10 feet, I will hit the shit out of whatever I'm aiming at/walking at/running at/running away from, whatever, with that gun.

And it was only $205, so no way am I going to sink another $50 or more into a trigger.

The only reason I would be willing to put the extra $50 into it, is for her. This is the first pistol she has ever had or shot, and she mentioned she wished the trigger pull was shorter. So for her to say that without knowing anything about them, I will be checking into this kit. Other than that she loves the gun and it fits her great.

I actually like the long trigger pull. It gives me a little piece of mind that it's not going to get hung up on something, since I usually carry it loose in a cargo or fornt pocket. Considering there is no other safety whatsoever, the long trigger pull is a plus in my eyes.

The Ruger has a safety on it. If it wasn't for that I probably would not look into a trigger kit, for the reasons you mentioned.

The lc9 has so many damn safeties you could rack one in the chamber and let a toddler play with it safely.

It is kind of ridiculous that it has a manual safety, plus a magazine safety and then that little tab that indicates a loaded chamber.

My LCP doesn't have any of the safety's you just described? I agree with Assa on the long trigger pull. It doesn't bother me and it gives me a little peace of mind that I'm not going to blow my dick off.
