Chips

Postby Eric Haynes » Fri Feb 22, 2013 11:22 pm

Anyone else ever watch it? I used to a long time ago and just started watching them over. Forgot how awesome it was!

Whoever appeals to the law against his fellow man is either a fool or a coward. Whoever cannot take care of himself without that law is both. For a wounded man shall say to his assailant, "If I live, I will kill you. If I die, you are forgiven." Such is the rule of honor.

I have most of it on DVD, but I wish it was on TV. One episode I'm missing is one of my favorites. The one where Ponch breathes nitrous at an accident...can never find that one

I remember the one episode where the guy was doing an insurance scam, pretending the cruise control got stuck, but he got all dressed up in a crash helmet first. About 75% of the time I turn the cruise control on in a vehicle, I flashback to that episode. Cracks me up

What's it about, outside of random street karate? Might just check it out.

Nothing. Cheesy 70s show about motorcycle cops. Sort of like Magnum PI with cops. Only not as good.

FYI mirrored sunglasses are outside of policy nowadays. They're seen as intimidating to the public

BS! Magnum's moustache was awesome, and probably should of had it's own spinoff show. But Higgins sucked, never liked that guy. CHiPs was badass.

Speaking of that, I just ordered a little remote controlled helicopter. It was only $18, looks like a Chinook, and I intend to use it to terrorize The Dingo.

I just bought a helicopter last night. So far it's pretty entertaining. The dog goes nuts chasing it. If I knew how to upload videos I would.
