I used to give a substantial amount to them, until I found that my money went to peoples' pockets and not torwards conservation or anything like it. I've won several prizes at banquets and things like that but it's not worth it to me.

Same goes for me with barrel stickers and black hoodies etc. What is honestly wrong with putting a sticker on your gun or the color of your clothes? I dont have either, but they day I say something to someone over it is the day I become another sheep in the herd.

When you hunt timber in Arkansas you can either hunt alone or in a group.
A group hunt down there can be huge. Have witnessed groups of 20+ guys that all limited out of one single timber hole that's 50 yards in diameter. To do this requires extreme organization. If you got a group of guys together who routinely did this you would take great pride in that and wear it on your shoulder. They do.

There is a sporting goods store in Jonesboro, Arkansas called DNW Outdoors. They also customize trucks and HOLY CRAP...you should see some of the trucks running around in that area. Completely camoed out, jacked, up, stickered up, and muscled up as well. That's just what they do. Deal with it. I think it's cool and way better than wasting their money in bars or other worse things.
