The last time I got pulled over was way back in the 1900's.
The situation...a car had just zoomed by me going 50 and then the guy taking radar pulled me over. I was MAYBE going going a little too fast but not 50. Really, I wasn't sure and I was pissed about getting pulled over. I was sure I wasn't going 20 over the limit and was willing to argue. It's a State Park and there was a field-trip. A thousand kids running around. I was NOT speeding.
So I questioned the officer if he thought it was possible that he had caught the other guy on his radar and got me instead. The road was the entrance to a State Park and there were only three cars...The trooper, me, and the speeder. I said, " you had to see the guy pass me and since he passed he must have been going FASTER than me".
He said it's impossible and then let me go...so what was the truth?

Back to the duck talk, I was running the hauler on the boat last fall, watching a flock of scoters buzz the boat. I wasnt paying attention and got hit in the head by a lobster trap. Next flock that came by, I almost did the same thing.

I am less than ten mins from a large lake. When I am out at dark with Brandy I can identify ducks by the sounds they make.

Here's a tip to help you identify ducks. Ducks have webbed feet to help them swim

Yeah ha ha.

I have all kinds of birds flying over. Swans, eagles specs snows woodies teal canada geese. Hearing the sounds they make on a frequent basis is good for me as a duck hunter.

Not me, I always think damn I could have used this $ much more effectively. That's x amount of $ that I could have invested. Do I really need all of this shit. Then season rolls around and I realize, yup definitely worth it.
