The ones they make now are plastic.

Huh. Thought they were all aluminum or stainless.

The word is ACRYLIC. Sounds fancier and more valuable.

So is it all molded as part of the barrel then?

No it is an acrylic band that is turned and put on it. Only things molded that RNT makes is the Quackhead line and Hunter series inserts.

I meant turned. Just wondered if it was part of the barrel or an additional piece that slides over.

Possum and porqupine are the two most worthless things in creation. I have more respect for centipedes.

Fuck marsupials in general.

I know porqupine are not marsupials, its just easier to generalize.

Followed closely by racoons. I give them high priority on my varmint list.

I've killed plenty of raccoons, and had fun doing it, but I will admit they are totally cute, and crafty bastards. I've always wanted one for a pet. They seem like a great personality.

I'll also admit i've passed on killing lots of raccoons because they are cute.

Most raccoons around here are the rabies ridden bite your face of kind. Not cute.
