It took me 3 years to use the last brick I bought. I ask the guy why he needed that many shells and he said that he was going to be prepared and the gov. wouldn't get him.

No, the Novi store, but I figured the stocking at stores would be the same.
Like I said the only thing I can't find is AR15 rounds.

Stocking probably is, but I think they get picked up before they hit the shelves.

I shoot my shotgun more than anything else most of the time. Only use the .22 for squirrels and turtles, but that aint all that often.

I do a lot of plinking with my .22 through the summer shooting beer cans and water bottles.

I like shooting skeet more than plinking.

Me too. But it used to be cheap fun to shoot the .22. I still go through about 75 rounds of shotgun shells a week.

I own a couple pistols but no rifles.
It's just sad that someone is effing with the supplies.
If we were talking about milk it would be a national issue, would get solved, and I mean RIGHT NOW.
If there's money to be made our economy is very quick to respond and for some reason...it isn't.

Sooner or later there will be a glut and all the guys who paid so much for .22 ammo or whatever are either going to have to sell it, shoot it, or eat it. Hoarding ammo is silly. I have a half box of ammo for my .357 and I think I have 3 rounds for my .25 auto.

My shotgun shell stock-pile is different. I use that ammo like a carpenter uses nails. Ducks, geese, deer, rabbits, pheasants are what's on the menu.

I didn't pay much attention when Obama got elected the first time but I hear there was a similar run on guns.
Not sure about ammo...Could a member who is much more active in shooting and who regularly buys pistol and or rifle ammo comment on this. I'd like to know. Thanks.

From what I hear there is still quite a bit of wheelgun ammo available. Love my .357!
