Ok, since it's the next day, I guess I can say this- if I ran 26.195 miles, I'm crossing that finish line, and I better damn sure get my t-shirt, medal, whatever you get. I don't give a damn if a bomb went off, I'm finishing that last 100 yards.

My cousin was in his third, he finished the first one after age 40. He works hard to be in shape to run it. I know he will want his medal, t shirt, whatever.

I would bet money he will be back next year.

My bro in law is sort of a freak...this was his 4th Boston and probably his 50th marathon overall, and he's run (and finished) at least 3 ultramarathons (54.4 miles). He'll trash a pair of running shoes in 3-4 weeks.
