That's what I'm leaning towards. I'll be able to keep the trees, a large part of the pasture and access to the bayou. Plus have plenty of time to get out on the boat and travel when I'm off.

Not really. All the outskirts are pretty developed. There are a few 1-4 acres spots but plenty of neighbors.
