Look dude, you need to quit riding the fence here. You know damn good and well, deep down inside, what you are going to do.

JUST DO IT and dont look back.

I'm with TK on this. You already know, on some level, what you're going to/need to do. Just bite the bullet and do whatever it is that you're going to do. Pondering too much on this sort of stuff usually doesn't do much but prolong the aggravation, and increase the anxiety.

I think rebel sincerly doesn't know what he's doing.

The more I think about the more that chance goes up. I'm leaning strongly towards selling the house and 7 acres and keeping the orchard and pasture land so I can still hunt the bayou back there. Living in the city would suck, but I would have to give up too much other stuff by not doing it.

Now the PISSER of this deal would be if you sold the house, moved to town, and momma is still unhappy.......

Hate to be a downer, but I always look at the worst case sceniro.

I will never, EVER live in town again. If I hit the power ball I am moving further west, deeper into Kansas to get further away from humans.

But thats just me.

This is why if I ever settle down it'd have to be with a woman that wants to live as far from humans as I do.

Sent from my phone.
“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.” ― Samuel Adams

I thought she did. She wouldn't have a problem with it if I had a job that didn't require me being gone so much.

That's what I'm leaning towards. I'll be able to keep the trees, a large part of the pasture and access to the bayou. Plus have plenty of time to get out on the boat and travel when I'm off.

There is a golf course right outside of city limits that I'm considering. Not a lot of people, gated and quiet.

Not really. All the outskirts are pretty developed. There are a few 1-4 acres spots but plenty of neighbors.

ONLY if you can shoot deer on said golf course. Otherwise that would suck hard. Snooty people in a gated community would get crazy as hell for me at least.
