Mobile fax apps?

Anyone fax from their phone? What's a good app for doing so? I need to fax proof of insurance to an agency.

The state workers won't take an email. Regular mail or fax, and it needs to be there by Monday

Make sure the third page is a blank sheet with the words "knock, knock" on it.

I doubt it Goldie, because the people who create apps for smart phones have no idea what a fax machine even is.

I don't even know how to use one, put one in front of me and I'll just smack it inquisitively like a chimpanzee.
