Assa, can't have any contaminants on the boots, so the uric acid is a no go. Neither would be the ammonia. Sorry.

What kind of boots are the seasoned vets wearing? How long are they getting out of them?
don't ask them. That would be foolish. You always ask guys off the Internet first

Right

Have seen some 'odd' uses for the spray-on bedlner. Spray your boot toes. Two coats'll do ya.

For some reason people on this board don't like Justin boots. These here are seven years old. Farm and golf course work though. My dad buys the same kind in lace up style. They last him 3-4 years working out on the railroad and at the farm. Love em. Got a brand new pair in the closet that I've barely started wearing but I'm not done with these quite yet.

I saw some boots at the store the other day that were steel toe with a rubber layer over the leather. I don't remember the brand but they weren't very expensive.

Cryogenic tanks. You can't have any contaminants in a liquid oxygen tank because a little bit of oil mixed with liquid oxygen can literally burn metal

tell the bastards to buy clean room suits for you, they're a bitch because of the gloves but at least you won't have to worry about some dust and oil.

no tricks for us mudbugs, we just have a separate pair of boots for the concrete.
