This right here is why I love the tripod. You may get added to the TomKat/Jehler drunkathon nuggie bash.

This is a bad thing how? First you gotta have some maple syrup, one step at a time!

Not bustin your balls Goldfish, but for those that don't know. It is a lot harder than what you might know when you find out you have blood sugar problems. Anybody can get it, any shape, any health, any condition. You have to change your diet. Sounds easy. All the yummy sugary treats are now off limits. OK, stop eating cookies, fine. What about simple things like rubs for your steak that have a cup of sugar in them, gone. What about apples, healthy right, wrong! Too much natural sugar, throws your levels out of wack. You have to start reading nutrition labels, which you should be doing anyway. No more soda, koolaid, syrup, honey, nutrition bars, pudding, pie, cake,..............all the good stuff. It is really tough to eat without stuff having sugar in it. Also, you have to spread out your meals, smaller portions, five times a day. Not easy to do sometimes, and then the addiction part. You still crave tasty foods, you want something sweet, can't do it. And then every once in awhile you have a problem like One did and your sugar level goes through the roof, and you don't know what you ate or didn't eat to do it. But once you get settled in it isn't too bad, but the path there can be rough. For information to all

No shit. I am glad Jehler is not a heart surgeon and I am having a heart (syrup) attack.

We may have to use Mrs Butterworth instead.

As you know, I am going to the DR. Half of the island is the DR, the other half is Hati. I am considering getting a VuDoo likeness of Jehler made so I can keep him in line, a remote control kind of thing if you will. I think I could get a good one for a half a bottle of rum.

My dad has it, too. And you are right, its not easy.

But One2many is going to have to give it the old college try. The alternative is not good.

I had a girl friend back in the day who was 24 when she died from it. It can kill your ass.

OK not a serious girl friend, but you get the idea. A Jarbo arrangement would be a better way to classify her. Still, sorry to see her die so young.

Also a lot of stuff that DOESN'T have sugar in it, but which your body converts to sugar- like bread. That's strictly monitored, as well. Buddy of mine came up with it a year ago. Not overweight, not unhealthy, doesn't smoke, just out of nowhere- BAM. NOw he's on a strict diet and medication.
