Not bustin your balls Goldfish, but for those that don't know. It is a lot harder than what you might know when you find out you have blood sugar problems. Anybody can get it, any shape, any health, any condition. You have to change your diet. Sounds easy. All the yummy sugary treats are now off limits. OK, stop eating cookies, fine. What about simple things like rubs for your steak that have a cup of sugar in them, gone. What about apples, healthy right, wrong! Too much natural sugar, throws your levels out of wack. You have to start reading nutrition labels, which you should be doing anyway. No more soda, koolaid, syrup, honey, nutrition bars, pudding, pie, cake,..............all the good stuff. It is really tough to eat without stuff having sugar in it. Also, you have to spread out your meals, smaller portions, five times a day. Not easy to do sometimes, and then the addiction part. You still crave tasty foods, you want something sweet, can't do it. And then every once in awhile you have a problem like One did and your sugar level goes through the roof, and you don't know what you ate or didn't eat to do it. But once you get settled in it isn't too bad, but the path there can be rough. For information to all
