You aren't betting? You dont understand.
I have all the time in the world to bust your balls on this 50/50 bullshit. Just seeing how much time you will waste argueing.
You gunna bet or not? You never have said and you are evading the question so I repeat...bet or not?
I think he said no but my reading comprehension is poor like someone pointed out this am.

I'm not killing math, so much as pointing out the fatal flaw of a human invention. Math in general doesn't exist on its own, it was a people-oriented concoction, and probability specifically was invented to make people feel better about their chances in what is inherently an arbitrary, 50/50 universe. The 50/50™ is as much belief system as it is a rejection of the silly notions of manmade probability. Who gives a rat's ass what the chances of something are? When the rubber meets the road, the only thing that matters, and that anyone actually gives a shit about, is the result. And when a result occurs, there are only two possible outcomes, ever- did or did not.

Embrace it, MB. It fits your lifestyle perfectly.

Because truthfully, any math-oriented probability is based only on variables which are known. And we all admit that there is no possible way to know an infinite amount of variables. So what is the true value of "there's a 20% chance I'll roll a 6", when it only takes into account variables which we are aware of? Nothing, that's what. It's a useless, worthless phrase, as is all probability. UNTIL there's an outcome. At that point, all of the infinite amount of variables have been distilled down to one result- either it did, or it did not. And that's all anyone cares about. The 50/50™ may very well be the essence of the universe.

General Science 90
Math Knowledge 100
Word Knowledge 70 (Basically all guesses, they made those words up)
Assembling Objects 90 (Didn't miss any so I don't understand this)

So 350/400

I shoulda had you on speed dial when I was in my Math Statistics class, fuck that noise. At one point, I actually proved, with known Mathematics Theorems, that you are more likely to win the lottery by using the random pick option than you are by selecting the same numbers week in, week out. Figure that shit out. It's easy, the answer is 50/50 motherfuckers, get on board.

How the hell did you prove that? I would think that the chances would be the same each week with random picks, or the same numbers...and the probability is still 50/50 of course.

For the life of me I can't remember, I just know that each step involved, was accepted math knowledge and the point of the exercise was to prove that there WAS a difference. At a basic level, it has something to do with the fact that if you pick the same numbers every drawing for the rest of your life, there is no guarantee that those numbers get picked, but at the same time, winning numbers could be repeated at some point, which gives you better odds if you are just selecting randomly. I'm not saying it isn't fucked up, just that mathematically it is technically true.

I can't stand poorly written tests. When I started working for DOD, I was told that things needed to be written on a 7th to 8th grade reading level, so the average soldier could understand what I was writing. Scary stuff.
