should mention that I did a chuck roast in the smoker Labor Day weekend like you were bragging about, was fucking awesome, want to kind of combine the two now, love smoked meat on tacos like that.

the smoked chuck roast is a versatile cut of meat, I got a lot of ideas for that one. I want a deli slicer for the hot n fast cooked one but I'm gona try a longer cook low and slow and pull it next time just for the hell of it.
