Why can't I ever seem to get a full limit of them? If they keep it up I'm not going have a full merg day again.

We are covered in them here Eric. I was cleaning the three from yesterday and the sea ducks from this morning when my dad and brother showed up with eight more they shot tonight. Debating on wether or not to hit them again tomorow, I'm starting to run out of ideas, what do you do with them?

Eat them. They might be a little more gamey but I've never had that fish taste everyone whines about. Definitely better than squaw.

I eat them too but I have plenty of better ducks for roasting, stews, smoking, frying etc. I usually throw a lot of them in the sausage pile. Now the sausage pile is getting pretty big, I might try making donair meat out of some of them.

What the hell is donair meat? Like haggis?

Wait I just did a little searching and it's aparently the same thing as or similar gyros or shawarma. I think Jehler made some before.

There is a place in town here run by a lebanese couple ( not a typo there either Assa ) and I could eat their donairs every day. If you've never had one, you need to look up a recipe and try them.

Your right, but Doner Kebabs are from Turkey, so a gyro is just a doner renamed for the greeks.

The schwarmas I ate in Israel were far beyond anything I've ever had anywhere by a long shot.

We have hash browns, never had or seen grits though.

When I went to Edmonton every place we ate at served more of a sliced fried potato. Still good but I love hash browns.
