All you have to do is hollow out the center. There are no side rails to cut on an AR rifle.

My Taurus works.
Its a revolver though.

The thing I love about my pistol, .357 magnum, is that it's LOUD.
Guys with 9mm's cracking away suddenly stop and look when my revolver gets fired.
People tend to go WOA. :)

To be fair, I have yet to see a TCP back for repair. Perhaps it has something to do with the fact it is the only one made in the USA. That would also explain why most Tauri that come in for repair usually only come in once, they seem to work just fine after a visit to the gunsmith. The most problematic Taurus is far and away the 24/7 series, with all the rest of them tied for 2nd...

Don't know if that was on purpose but Tauri, the proper plural for Taurus is awesome.

I wish they made one just a smudge bigger that's chambered in the 9mm. I'm very disappointed in the knock down power if the 380.

9mm=0.3543"
How is .380" < 9mm ?

I don't get it.
38 Special vs. 9mm

Which one hurts more when you get shot? 9mm or .380?
Which round makes a bigger hole?

i aint too worried about it. the biggest deterent isnt the size of the bullet, or velocity. its the fact that you have a gun. and that gun goes bang. my main carry gun is a 45 but would not hesitate to take a 9, 380, or even 22 instead of nothing.....

.380 is a half charge of 9mm, if i remember right. someone here can clarify. it's basically a 9mm short.

They are the same diameter bullet (.355), one is just 2mm shorter than the other (.380 is 9x17, 9mm is 9x19).

Funny you should mention the difference between .38 Spcl and .357, as those two cartridges are only separated by 1mm overall length and I'm sure you are aware of the performance difference between those two.
