So who has hit the 200k mile mark with your current daily driver? I'm halfway to 300k in my 03 GMC Duramax. It's been the most reliable vehicle I've had other than a 95 Honda Accord that I finally sold with 300k miles on it. What numbers are you guys pushing?

I don't even like to talk about it, for fear of jinxing it.

276k on mine now. I believe I have a picture up on here somewhere from a few months back.

Looks like the Chevys are holding up well. I keep telling myself when I hit 300k I'll get another truck with lower miles, but by that time I probably won't be able to afford the price of fuel....

Not positive mine will make it to 300k but its close now with no problems. Anything over 150k..youve got your moneys worth.

I just did knock sensors and intake gasket on mine. Also done a few Window regulators, 3 fuel pumps and a 4x4 encoder motor.

For 200k I don't think that's too bad.

Trip to MT pushed my Isuzu over 280,000. Still runs new, 4wd works perfect, been a solid vehicle.

Took my first two vehicles to 245k and 228k before I sold them. Both for more than what I originally paid for them ;) My newest one just turned 138k but I've only had it a few months.

Those things will run a long time as long as you keep oil in them. And the trannys seem to hold as long as the accumulator piston cover doesn't leak all the fluid out of them.. i couldn't tell you how many motors we did when I stil worked at the dealer. Between the troopers amd rodeos there were a few we put multiple motors in before 100k...

The 3.5s will burn some oil. I put an engine in mine, but wasn't from runnibg it out of oil. The 6 screws had came out of the butterflies for the passenger side intake runners, 3 were found in the intake, the others were not found, but perfectly explains the instant loss of compression. 2 of them passed, apparently the 3rd found it's way to get stuck in a valve.

Saw that once. Made a lot of money off those things for a few years. They had a great warranty and that's what did Isuzu in. We did more motors for oil consumption then any. Paid 10 hours a pop too.

The great part was after putting in the reman engine, it leaked oil wicked bad. Come to find out the casting plug in the block behind the power steering pump bracket was put in with no sealant and not tightened. Luckily they payed me the labor to repair it, still sucked though.
