I'll share how u get your pan to work so you don't break them.
The key is two things. One, you have to get your skillet HOT before you put bacon in. Second, use lard, Crisco, or some bacon grease to start. More is better.
You'll find that the eggs don't stick as bad.
Now sometimes the bacon is watery and makes the pan sticky anyways . If you started out like I told you, use your metal spatula to scrape the coating a bit...the grease will make a nice slick coat of carbon if you do it right. Then it's like Teflon .
