Would have thought the layout of Thanksgiving calendar this year would make for a great chance to open WZ Nov 16, EZ Nov 23, scrap the early December long break (keep it to 1 week), and of course, scrap that first week in Jan WZ break, close it third week of Jan.
Like you said, no one wants the last week of January......but the few in the right places apparently do.....and so we have late Jan.
Grrrrr

Anyone on here planning to make it? I'll likely go Saturday.

But its always something, as the clip notes that things are WET and will need to dry....oh so now it's too wet and we need a dry out?

That new pup should be plenty of motivation for more than just a few more.

I came here to post just that. I have a few years to go just for her.Ducaholic wrote: How is she doing?
We're making headway. She's still pup minded and a ball of energy but she's learning. I'm taking it slow with short sessions every day, going back some weeks for a tune up. We have really good sessions, and some are cut short when she's not motivated. I wish I had more time to spend with her. I'd like to do two sessions a day, every day, early morning and late afternoon. It's really hot for this black dog right now.
Gahhh I hate that S wordRick wrote:Picked Mallard Bay Co. this morning, and while the north ponds are as big, open and pretty as I've seen them, giant salvinia is claiming the south side water.
My cousin just went and picked up a “high powered” bloodline golden from Natchez. I’ll have to ask if it was RTR.Darren wrote:Johnny and I did the Delta Expo with my son on Saturday, gooooooood night is that a spectacle. Don't know if any of the other Louisiana guys on here made it but it was something. Had some decent deals on gear here and there, J got a pair of waders for about $120 off.
Also met a male golden of the same dark coloring mine is that took a liking to my son and had phenomenal temperament. Had my wheels turning. Was from River Town Retrievers, a training outfit, in Natchez if anyone happens to know anything of that place. May need to inquire where the dog itself came from.
