If the whale wars crew came knocking on my door and told me they hired waterfowlman as their new captain id join in a heartbeat and leave those little nips wishing they were back in Hiroshima

Better question is why is whaling outlawed??

According to all the conservation numbers I looked at, the arctic Minke whale population is actually growing. The assumed Antarctic Minke whale population is 515,000, a number that could certainly warrant a harvest of 1,000 whales a year.

The fucking tree hugging liberal hippies don't think people should be eating blubber and that's why whaling is outlawed.

Good for Japan-I wish we had the balls to tell the UN and every other fucking "One World" organization to go eat a dick as well.

I could give a shit about whaling being legal or not, but until I can climb into my rig and head down with a supersize bowfishing rig and bag and tag one I got a beef with the japs being able to whore it up

That's exactly what the Japs are doing.

Feelgoodworldpolice: whaling is bad. It's illegal now.

Japan: ok

Feelgoodworldpolice: where are you going with that harpoon?

Japan: uhhh...no where. What harpoon?

Feelgoodworldpolice: Jaaaaaapaaaaan, get back here.

Japan: OOOOOOHHHHHHH FUUUUUCK YOUUUUU WHALE!!

Yes and no, the Japs are greedy, how common are 600 pound tuna now

Is that really due to the greed of Japanese or fisherman?

WHALE FACT:
The minke whale can be found traveling throughout the worlds oceans from tropical climates to the upper and lower polar hemispheres but tend to prefer living in colder climates as opposed to tropical weather.

They are most often found traveling in the northern atlantic and southern Antarctic oceans and are currently estimated to have a population of over 750,000 which makes them the most abundant species of whale in the baleen whale suborder.

Some of those whales live a long time. They have found some with harpoon spear points embedded in their blubber that they carried around for over a century.

Everyone is selfish and I am definitely pretty selfish. I can care about human trafficking and whales, but is it going to help me in any way to just pray it all away? Spiritual or not, it doesn't work that way. If you have a serious problem with Japanese whaling or human trafficking, do something about it.

I dont agree with what the Japanese are doing. What I find humorous is the fact that the jap whaling ship has "research vessel" on the side of it. Yeah. You're not market hunting whales. You're doin research.

That doesn't necessarily apply to Minke whales.
Here is another Minke whale fact:
There are more Minke Whales than any other in the class of baleen. There are approximately 800,000 of them out there. However, the problem is that they only have a life expectancy of 20 years. This is drastically less than most other species of whales in the wild. There isn’t much done in the way of conservation for them at this point in time. There are simply too many other types of whales that are at risk for such efforts to be focused upon.

I like how we started with the Dan stating there were 515,000 minke whales, and then, I found the first fact that said 750,000 followed by the 3rd statement that says 800,000. I think those minke are like rabbits. We need to start harpooning them before the ocean is filled with them.

Here's another, just for you Boyztits.

Whale Facts: Whales feed their young by producing milk which their calves suckle from the mothers. This paste-like milk can contain 35 % or more fat which allows the milk to travel through the water without breaking up allowing the newborns to take in much-needed nutrients.

First off, I am sorry the japs didn't sink Bob Barker. Those a holes deserve whatever they get. If it was me I would shoot a harpoon right at their waterline and give those fairy tree huggers two birds.

Second, i would love to harpoon a whale out of a small boat with an old school hand thrown harpoon. I won a gold medal at the fair one year for throwing ninja stars and I figure I have one good throw left in me. That would probably be a good way to end my fishing career and go out on a good note.

Assateague if I come out for a goose hunt can u put me on a pod of whales? We can tiw off to your home made scull boat and take it for a ride.

Would make a good fish story.
